Spa Etiquette

Dear Customer, we are delighted you have chosen to visit our Massage Spa.

Please take note of the etiquette we ask all customers to observe during their visit:

1.  Remove your clothing, keeping your underpants on.

2.  We can provide disposable underwear if you prefer - please ask your Therapist.

3.  Please ensure your mobile phone is off/on silent.

4.  In consideration to other customers, please speak quietly.

5.  After your treatment, please vacate the room promptly so we can prepare it for the next customer.

6.  We offer professional massage services only, please do not ask for extra services or you will be asked to leave with no refund.

7.  Please treat our Staff with respect at all times; if you do not comply, you may be asked to leave with no refund.

8.  If you are not happy with your massage, please ask the Therapist to stop within the first 15 minutes and notify the Receptionist.  No refunds will be given after 15 minutes.
